Texas Energy Midstream strives to work with Independent and Major Oil and Gas Corporations as their business partner. Regardless of the size or complexity of your business, we have the experience to acquire, develop and operate the midstream assets needed to support growth.

Texas Energy Midstream helps our customers meet their business goals by providing reliable gathering, transmission, treating, processing, and compression services. Our affiliate, Hydrocarbon Exchange provides natural gas marketing services.

In July 2008, Texas Energy Midstream was formed to acquire and develop midstream assets with growth opportunities in Texas, beginning in the Barnett Shale.

Texas Energy Midstream is also pursuing additional midstream opportunities in East Texas and the Permian Basin area.
